Pathway: Find out who your branch representatives are

Each CWU branch has a number of different representatives that carry out different roles and functions. Some branch representatives regularly visit workplaces to inform members about what’s happening around the union and help make sure that everyone’s rights at work are being protected.

Each workplace also has one or more workplace representatives. A workplace representative has been trained by the CWU to represent workers and speak out on union issues, as well as enforce our collective agreements and worker’s rights.

It’s good to have the names of your branch representatives and the roles they do, along with the best way to contact them in case an issue comes up you can quickly reach for help and guidance.

Contact your branch for a copy of your branch directory and store the name and contacts in your phone or contact book. You can obtain contact details for your branch by contacting us
